Thank you for supporting our lectio divina ministry! Each journal is printed especially for you when you place your order. Because of this, we have the following return policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your journal arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Email us at thelectiodivinamovement@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos showing the damage or printing defect
Once we review your request, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.
Returns for Other Reasons
Because our journals are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- No longer wanting the product
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
